Rules and Regulations for the LASIK NOW Referral Program: All must be 18 years old or over in order to participate in this promotion. Patient must have a paid LASIK performed at Angelo Laser Eye Center. Patient must inform Angelo Laser Eye Center of referral in writing between March 13, 2007 and August 29, 2008. Patient must be a candidate for LASIK as defined by current FDA regulations. Gift cards will be mailed to referring person after the procedure is completed. One $100 gift card may be awarded per referred LASIK patient. Gift cards are valid at any Town and Country location. Current Town and Country gift card rules apply. Patient has to give Angelo Laser Eye Center the name of the referral prior to surgery. Surgery must be completed by December 31, 2008.
